We take security seriously
Metrics That Care stores personal health information on behalf of family caregivers. We know how much that trust means — and we work hard to keep your records safe. If you find something that doesn’t look right, please let us know right away.
How to report an issue
Send a description of what you found to admin@metricsthatcare.com. Please include enough detail to help us reproduce and understand the issue — steps to reproduce, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
We ask that you don’t share the details publicly until we’ve had a chance to address them.
What to expect from us
- Acknowledgment within 48 hours. We’ll confirm we received your report and let you know we’re looking into it.
- Honest updates. We’ll keep you in the loop as we investigate and fix the issue.
- No legal trouble for good-faith reports. If you’re reporting something you genuinely found, we’re grateful — not combative.
